High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure: High blood pressure occurs when your blood flows with too much force through narrow arteries. This increased pressure called hypertension can cause other issues like a stroke or heart attack. There are many things to consider:

Tends to increase with age, obesity, poor lifestyle habits such as drinking too much caffeine or alcohol, family genetics, and inactivity.

Most of the time people don’t experience symptoms classifying it as a “silent killer”

Change lifestyle choices such as exercising, eating better, quitting smoking, reducing stress.
